Miniclub and babyclub
We will do our best to look after and entertain your children while having to adapt to the provincial protocols for safety on Covid19.
- Morning: 09.30 – 16.30 Children 1-12 years
(max 2 groups of 4 children) - Afternoon: 16.30 – 22.00 Children 4-12 years
(max 3 groups of 6/7 children) - During dinner: 19.45 - 21.00 Assistance to all children 1-12 years old who have already eaten to allow parents to finish dinner in peace
Eden spa
The environments will be sanitized often and the accesses to the wellness area will be limited so that you can use the Spa without crowds and our beautician Elisa will pamper you with the utmost attention to your safety!
CLEAN AND SANITIZED ENVIRONMENTS
Our rooms have always been sanitized before the arrival of our guests. We will continue to do so with even greater attention. All spaces and what touches more often such as the elevator buttons, the handles are sanitized several times, every day. Our Reception, trained for every emergency, will explain to each family how to enjoy their holiday taking care of themselves, their spaces, and other families.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
which are considered accepted by sending the 30% deposit: in case of booking cancellation we never return the deposit. Moreover:
- up to 15 days from arrival, we give the possibility of a Voucher for a booking of at least the same amount during the current season or possibly also in the following season (winter / summer).
- from 14 to 8 days before arrival the penalty is 50%,
- NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100%
- for any interruption of the stay nothing is due to a refund
COVID-19 CANCELLATION In any period, in the event of proven impossibility due to cancellation for Covid-19, both on a personal level and due to blocking of transfers at national level, we will provide a Voucher valid for 18 months of the value of the deposit for a reservation of at least the same amount and no other penalty will be due.
